Can’t get enough of colors that pop? Think your photos could use some extra colors? The new JELLY film by Dubble and KONO! will surely paint your photos with rainbow hues!
Attention, film photographers! It’s Dubble’s first birthday and they came up with something fitting to celebrate. Say hello to the new JELLY film, which is also Dubble’s fifth launch in collaboration with KONO! The Reanimated Film. This new offering is a pre-exposed 35mm C41 film that promises to drench your snaps with brilliant colors. Think you can use it to paint your everyday photos in multi-colored hues? How about making your party snaps drip with psychedelia? Either way, looks like this new film should never go missing in your stash!
“The tonal range in JELLY varies between blues, reds, yellow, orange and green. Some parts are left un-tinted so occasional bits of reality creep through, ” Dubble says about their birthday film. “The JELLY effect is random throughout the film so expect the purest form of serendipity and most importantly: Have Fun!”
With these characteristics, no two frames shot with the new Dubble film are alike. Just take a look at the sample snaps they shared with us so you have an idea:
It’s only been a year since Dubble started bringing us some quirky pre-exposed 35mm film, and just a few months since the company last introduced Monsoon and Bubblegum. The two other emulsions in the Dubble portfolio are Moonstruck and Sunstroke, introduced just last year. So if you’re looking for other unique films to experiment with, you might want to check out these variants as well.
