Amazon’s Prime-focused sale dates have meant big savings for photographers in the past — and the Amazon Prime Big Deals Days on October. 7 and 8 looks to be no exception. The company’s early fall two-day sale brings deals as big as $1,000 off a mirrorless camera, while lenses see discounts as much as $300. Accessories like SD cards, tripods and camera bags also sit among the best Prime Day deals for photographers.
But, a discount on a camera that you probably shouldn’t buy in the first place isn’t a good deal. We’ve sifted through the hype to find the best Prime Big Deal Days camera deals, as well as discounts on lenses and accessories.
Do you need a prime membership for Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days? Amazon’s Big Deal Days is an event for Prime members, which means you need an active Prime membership for many of the events biggest deals. However, some Prime Day camera deals are hosted by the camera brand themselves, which means some deals may be available even for non-Prime members.
