Today, Zeiss announced a brand new lineup of lenses for Canon and Nikon DSLR cameras. They’re called the Milvus lineup–and they feature weather sealing at the mount as well as gaskets internally. There are a bunch of them being announced today too:

ZEISS Milvus 2.8/21 $1843
ZEISS Milvus 2/35 $1177
ZEISS Milvus 1.4/50 $1199
ZEISS Milvus 1.4/85 $1799
ZEISS Milvus 2/50M $1283
ZEISS Milvus 2/100M $1843

The lenses are positioned to live above the current lineup of DSLR lenses but below the Otus lineup. We’ve known about them for a while and have been sitting on the information–plus testing pretty much every one except for the 50mm f2.

More tech specs are after the fold; and you can get all of the new lenses over at B&H Photo or Adorama
