Take the awesome cameraphone that the Samsung Galaxy S4 is and give it a hardened shell: then you’ve got the new Galaxy S4 Active. The new phone is said to be water-resistant and dust-resistant. To compliment these new features, the phone also has a brand new underwater mode for capturing photos under the sea. It’s got a 5 inch LCD screen that is made from Gorilla Glass for easier composing of your photos.

The camera is an 8MP device that isn’t the 13MP monster in the regular S4 and Samsung is pushing that their Eraser shot mode is still present–which is perfect if you want to Photoshop out that shark behind your friend.

Beginning June 21, you can pick up the Galaxy S 4 Active from any AT&T store or online for $199.99 with a two-year agreement. Considering the feature set, it can probably replace your tough cameras.
