Famed portrait and fashion photographer Lindsay Adler just finished an awesome session with creativeLive on Creative Studio Lighting. We were able to get an exclusive sneak peek at the session where she teaches about lighting a portrait to bring out details and enhance beauty. One of the more important things that she mentions is that in a case like this, your histograms won’t totally matter because she emphasizes that the highlights being blown out is totally intentional. That’s a creative application that we often try to teach here on the Phoblographer not only through tutorials but also in our reviews.
