Mother’s Day is coming up, and we asked a few moms what they want this year
I’m of the personal and strong belief that whoever the mother figure in your life is, you should find a way to always be thankful and appreciative of what she has done for you. We shouldn’t dedicate only a single day to our moms, but if we didn’t then the economy and the retail industry wouldn’t be able to find a way to give us all access to some killer deals and sales! In fact, we’re bound to not see discounts on stuff like this until the holidays. So we asked a few of our favorite photographer moms what they want for Mother’s Day 2018. Here’s what they said.
Jen Rozenbaum
Nikkor 58mm f1.4 lens – my favorite for boudoir and light and easy to use (especially when running around after kids). The Holdfast Money Maker is one of my favorites (I have 2!) Because they are stylish and it’s comfortable since it’s not crossbody and cutting across the chest. I just bought these and they are really fun to play with.

I was going to choose a reasonable Mother’s Day gift but I thought better of it. I want a Nikon 600mm f4. I rented one to take bird photos and it was my soulmate. Every time I shoot wildlife without it I think about the time we shared together. It was beautiful.
I’ve also had my eye on the NIkon 105mm.

I would have to say the best photography related gift would have to be a beautiful camera bag! You can’t go wrong with more stylish totes and bags to carry around all the gear that we have! My favorite camera tote would have to be from Kelly Moore Bags! She makes such chic and sophisticated designs that are comfy to use for a whole wedding day of shooting! Another favorite camera related gift would have to be a beautiful, yet comfy strap. My favorite camera straps are from RL Handcrafts Shop! They are super cute and VERY comfortable. They come in all sorts of designs and have many different wearable options for every enthusiast to professional photographer. I have been using the Andino Pro-DLX in the color coffee. I can’t tell you how many compliments I have received on these beautiful and well designed camera straps!
