We’ve found a bunch of great deals for you on used cameras and lenses.
Let’s be honest here; you don’t need a brand new camera or a lens. And if you can get a refurbished, renewed, or used one at a discount, then you’ll do it to save some money, right? Well, we’re just like you, so when we saw that the Sony a7r IV can be had for under $3,000 we figured you’d love to know. You can also score the Sony a7 III for less than $1,700. And if you’re not a Sony fan, then that’s fine: we’ve found a bunch of other deals you’re most likely interested in. Head on past the jump and take a peak.
We know it’s tough to do anything right now, but there are lots of ways that you can take photos at home or even while socially distancing. Sometimes it starts with thinking about the most mundane things and playing off of them for a while. We’ve seen photographers create entire projects out of boredom. But we want to remind you that you don’t need to break the bank, and you don’t need to make incredibly irresponsible financial decisions to take photos. But at the same time, we’ve all got to look out for each other’s pockets. With that in mind, refurbished gear usually goes through extra layers of quality control checks and is sometimes even better than brand new stuff. Give it a shot!
Lenses
Lenses are the heart of any camera system. And honestly, you don’t even really need a new camera. A new lens will breathe new life into an old camera and give you images that radiate. Fast primes are our favorites, but there are totally times when zoom lenses make more sense. On this page, you’ll find a whole lot that you can get for solid prices.

As always, we link ethically to products that we recommend. Not only are we giving you the Amazon links, but we’re also giving you the links to the reviews we’ve done on the cameras. In cases we haven’t reviewed a unit, we still recommend it. No one is really making a bad product these days for the money. So consider buying used. It, of course, helps the retailers more than the manufacturers, but when you buy refurbished or renewed, you’re helping the manufacturers.
Happy shooting!
