Black and white photography is something that so many photographers and viewers enjoy. I remember years ago that many said that it was like a crutch to making images look better. But the truth is that this is nothing more than generational trauma manifesting itself through teachers and what they passed onto their pupils. If it were really true, then we wouldn’t be in love with black and white photography today. The truth is though that we still very much are!
