What to Like About the Fujifilm X-H2S?

Here’s a bit of what you should know from our Fujifilm X-H2S review:

  • Lovely colors
  • Great image quality straight from the camera
  • Fast bursts at 15 fps mechanical and 40 fps electronic, with autofocus
  • Finally, Fujifilm has animal eye AF
  • No blackout viewfinder
  • Excellent low light autofocus
  • Durable build quality
  • Comfortable grip

This camera packs a 26.1MP X Trans CMOS 5 HS BSI stacked sensor that is a slight resolution bump from the previous cameras. So you’ll get more detail and better high ISO output at the same time. This is a camera that can do so much more than just photography, though.

Who is it For?

The Fujifilm X-H2S is a camera that’s meant for the multimedia shooter. You can shoot stills with it at a very fast frame rate. But when you need to, you can also do great video with it using Fujifilm’s film simulations. If you’re a photographer that needs to rely on faster cameras to capture the moment, the X-H2S is one of the best bets on the market if you’re also looking for unique image quality via the X Trans sensor.

What Makes the Fujifilm X-H2S So Unique?

There’s a bunch of stuff that makes it really stand out besides the sensor! Fujifilm has film simulations that make pleasing your clients so much easier. And because this is an X Trans sensor, you’ll get a unique look that reminds you of cleaner film output. It could also mean better prints at higher ISOs if that’s the kind of work that you’re doing.

It’s really hard to beat this one, especially considering that it has so many extra buttons and such to put controls right at your fingers.
