I was honestly very impressed with the Fujifilm X-T200 when I reviewed it earlier this year. While the XT200 doesn’t have an X-Trans sensor, it does have an incredible 24 Megapixel CMOS sensor that can produce its own kind of magic. At the time of the review, I said the camera was excellent for the price. Now, at just $499.95, it should be considered a steal.
The camera boasts excellent RAW files with dynamic range and high ISO capabilities that really shouldn’t be coming from an APS-C sensor. You can push and pull these RAW files around to your heart’s content. Still, where this camera really shines it with the JPEG images it produces. Use the Fujifilm film simulations, and you’ll be blown away. I had more fun with this camera than I have had with any other in a long time.
