Finding the top wide angle lenses for an APS-C based system like the Fujifilm X-Series is imperative for those looking to shoot on the wider end of the spectrum. Lucky for those of you looking for wide angle native Fujifilm lenses, Fuji has some great offerings, as do a few third party companies, and here are our picks for the top options on the market.
*This list is in no particular order*
Fujifilm 14mm F2.8 R
Currently the widest lens offered by Fujifilm themselves, the 14mm F2.8 R offers a full frame equivalent field of view around 21mm. It’s F2.8 aperture makes this a relatively fast lens, but those looking for a true low light lens will probably want to look elsewhere.

Fujifilm 16mm F1.4 R WR
Offering a much faster F1.4 aperture, and a full frame equivalent field of view of about 24mm, the Fujifilm 16mm F1.4 R WR is an incredible lens for those who enjoy that traditional 24mm look. This is also the fastest wide angle lens Fujifilm currently produces, and given its only about a $100 premium over the 14mm, we would usually recomend this lens instead unless you absolutely need that slightly wider field of view.

Rokinon/Samyang 12mm F2
Ok, now we are getting into the third-party options, and none has quite the following that the Rokinon 12mm F2 does. This lens is small, compact, and features a relatively fast F2 aperture. Though, as you would expect given it is a Rokinon offering, there is no AF, so you will need to be comfortable with manually focusing.

Rokinon 8mm F2.8 Fisheye
Finally, our next option for a wide angle lens on Fujifilm comes in the form of the Rokinon 8mm F2.8 Fisheye lens. Now obviously a fisheye lens is not for everyone, but this is a relatively popular lens so we opted to include it.

So there you have it, our top picks for wide angle lenses native to the Fujifilm X-Series. It does need to be noted though that this obviously does not include the huge assortment of lenses than can be easily adapted to the X-mount. So if none of the lenses above strike your fancy, or you need to get even wider (perhaps without the fisheye) than maybe try finding a lens that can be easily adapted for your needs.
