(UPDATE: PHOBLOGRAPHER READERS GET 10% OFF) Cheap Photo: The New Straps from !mo Are Beautifully Retro Vintage: Will Do Well In Your Instagram Feed

Talk about some beautiful and retro styled goodness, Rigu now has new straps in from !m0 (when you figure out how to pronounce it, please share). There are a bunch of different varieties with the cotton straps being able to hold 180lbs before they break (that weighs more than I do) and the neoprene ones can bench press 120lbs. The Neoprene also has some snazzy quick release buckles for faster strap transfers from one camera to another if you’re a collector like I am.

You can do a lot more than stare at these straps on your screen, as they’re available in a bunch of different varieties on Rigu’s page. And even I have to say that they’re pretty damned affordable.

Editor’s Note Update: Make a purchase using this link and enter the code PHOBLOG10 and get 10% off of your purchase.

Cheap Photo: Some of These Are Deals, Some Are Just Drool Worthy

Today we’ve got a couple of pretty cool offers for you. I’m not going to sit here and lie to you like every other blogger or marketing rep does and say that these are deals. But I will say that these are cool. Just also a quick reminder that all purchases help to support the site and pay our server bill (which is immense now).

– The JVC GC-XA1 ADIXXION camera is almost like a GoPro, but they’re marketing it with more highly fashioned photoshopping. It is around $349.

PocketWizard Plus III Transceivers are also available. You should really check out our review before you purchase though.

Cheap Photo: Camera Split Strap From Custom SLR

Custom SLR is the company that announced the M Tripod Mount plate, and today we’ve found a deal on another item of theirs. A new site called PhotoWhoa has a deal on an interesting strap that lets your neck breathe a bit better or your wrist if you’re one that loves to wrap a strap around their wrist. I’ve read before that if your wrists are hot, the rest of you can also be (and I’ve proven it to myself by gauging how much I sweat during the summer while photowalking.) The company also claims that will alleviate pain and stress on your body.

The strap is originally going for $29 but when using this link, you can snag it for $20 instead.

We Think You’re Kind of Awesome, So We Got 10% Off Rigu For Phoblographer Readers

We featured Rigu a little while back, and thought they were a bit quirky but cool enough for everyone. Basically, they’re the Photojojo of Britain. Today, we’re happy to let everyone know that we’ve got a special treat for you. Their prices are already pretty fairly competitive, but if you’re a Phoblographer reader and use the code PHOBLOG10 while making your purchase, you’ll receive an extra 10% discount off of your purchase.

My personal recommendations: I like brown leather bags, and I also digg leather wrist straps. But when I’m not shamefully promoting the stealing of hides, I prefer someplace to secretly store my whiskey.

The new Phoblographer discount program is now in effect and if there are units that you’d love for us to review, I’d really appreciate it if you kindly let us know.

Rigu Is a Quirky Camera Store For Quirky People Who Like Quirky Things: Offers Phoblographer Readers 10% Discount

When new startups pop up, I get excited. Why? Because it’s a damn good sign that someone else is trying to make the economy not suck. Rigu is such a creature. Born out of the idea that camera bags and the like shouldn’t be boring, Rigu appeals to photogs that want to have a little bit of flair or want something totally different than everyone else. Based in Northern England, they’re kind of like Photojojo with a British accent.

Now here’s the part you care about: make a purchase there and use the code PHOBLOG10 and you’ll receive a 10% discount off on anything. I’m not going to try to tell you that’s a sweet deal because I don’t do those kind of things, but I can tell you HHHNNNNFFFFFFFGGGGHHHHHH I WANT BLUE CANVAS BAG NAOO!!!!!!! GGGAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Let us know your thoughts.

Sigma 105mm f/2.8 Macro
Sigma 105mm f/2.8 Macro

Sigma 105mm f/2.8 Macro

Though Sigma has received a bad rep in the past, I have to admit that the quality of their lenses in the past year has drastically improved: especially with their primes.

With that said, B&H Photo currently has discounts on a bunch of their lenses. The ones that you’ll probably care about the most are the 105mm f2.8 and 70-200mm f2.8 EX: both of which were reviewed on this site.

But they also have the Bower 24mm f1.4 in stock, which is the same thing as the Rokinon 24mm f1.4. Again, we implore you to check out our review before you purchase.

Happy spending!

Cheap Photo: Rebates That Will Make Your Spouse Force You To Sleep on the Couch

There are currently a bunch of rebates going on at B&H Photo; but here are some of the best.

– First off, there is a deal on the Canon 600 EX-RT when you purchase it with Adobe Lightroom 4. We recently reviewed that piece of software and overall found it to be favorable.

– There are also bundled rebates on the Canon T3i and T2i. We gave the T3i our editor’s choice award. If you don’t think that is the Canon DSLR for you, you should check out our buyer’s guide.

– Not to leave you Nikon users in the dark, there are also rebates on the D5100 and D3100. I own a D5100 and highly recommend it.

– T3i or D5100? We’ve got you covered.

– Panasonic’s most current mirrorless cameras are all available with rebates.

– There is a one day special today on SanDisk SD cards.
