First there was the Cat Ball photo meme, and now there is cat bearding. What first started as a small Tumblr is now exploding according to Laughing Squid. Cat bearding involves you take a photo of your feline companion covering the lower half of your face to look like you now have a beard. It has already been profiled by Know Your Meme and it is still developing. And according to Metro UK, it has already triggered a rivalry from dog lovers. Dog bearding has already started and the canine lovers seem to not want to stop.

No official statement has been offered yet from rabbit lovers.
