Kickstarter project “SunnyMoon” could just be the portable and flexible lighting solution you need for your photo and video projects.
If you’re still looking for a bright solution to light up your photo and video projects, we’ve found something that could just be interesting to you. Meet “SunnyMoon”, an innovative Kickstarter project designed by EnoLight to improve and simplify lighting setup.
“SunnyMoon” claims to be the first expandable photo and video lighting to supply 6000 lumens of light per screen, yet still compact enough to be stowed away in a laptop bag. This LED lighting aims to replace bulky softboxes with a number of interesting features: ultra-thin form factor, water-resistant silicone protection layer, flexible body, and customization provisions through magnetic backing.
The LED board itself is especially engineered to provide adequate lighting for both photo and video applications. Dual LED light sources — 140 warm light and 140 cool white light — are designed to provide 95+ CRI light.
“SunnyMoon” also has control options for dimming and tunability. The color temperature of the light can be made cool to warm to simulate lighting at different times of the day. The light intensity can also be dimmed using the remote control, allowing photographers to customize their lighting easily and instantly.
“Our aim behind this ingenious lighting device is to revolutionize the way photographers, videographers, vloggers, business owners and anyone who uses a camera for an indoor photo or video shooting, source their light. SunnyMoon aims to bring fun, functionality, and ease of use and to help reduce the amount of time spent on adjusting the light for simple or complex scenes.”
