If you’re looking for an eye-catching way to display your photos but the usual frame won’t do, Memorywall may be the creative solution that could do the trick for you. The fun frame promises to bring any wall to life with their dynamic frames that you can maneuver into any shape you want for a 3D effect.
Memorywall is an interactive display frame which is comprised of a base and four square picture mounts. The picture mounts are held by extendable arms which can be adjusted at different angles and heights. You can create a display as big as you want, as you can connect multiple bases to cover any wall or surface area. According to the makers of Memorywall, this can get really addicting since the bigger your display, the more dramatic it looks.
For Memorywall makers Daniel and Robynne Simoes, it all began with an idea they had for displaying family photos at home. When their idea finally came to life, it became obvious that the dynamic frame can be used for both home and office to give a fun and creative look to wedding photos, family snaps, artworks, shopfront displays, and company photos. You can use it in the usual photo wall style, but it looks really great when you make full use of its extendable arms to position your photos or artworks into different shapes.
Memorywall has been a work in progress in South Africa for the past year, with the first working prototype given an initial production run of 2,500 units. Now, the makers of this interactive photo display are seeking to get it into the international market. First, they’re looking into getting funding via Indiegogo, then expanding through e-channels to allow people to design and order their own Memorywall online.
