Taking a cue from the steadfast requests of their customers around the world, Billingham has recently introduced a Gray Canvas/Black Leather option for their Hadley Small Pro camera bag series. This should be perfect for those who are looking for more classic choices apart from the usual black, brown, and tan colors. This brings a total of seven different color combinations for discerning and stylish photographers to choose from.
The Hadley Small Pro, for those who aren’t familiar yet, was designed to provide exceptional protection for small mirrorless cameras, rangefinder cameras, and mid-sized DSLRs. This England-made premium camera bag boasts of rugged and weather-resistant construction, yet also very compact and light, making it a perfect carrier for photographers on the go. As with all Billingham bags, it’s made of durable canvas or color-fast FibreNyte material, which are bonded to Stormblock material —two layers of fabric fused with butyl rubber —- to make them weather-resistant without any need for “reproofing.”
As an upgraded version of the popular Hadley Small, this bag also comes with a padded and leather-reinforced handle on the top cover, an adjustable and detachable polyester shoulder strap, rear pocket with water-repellent zip, and rear luggage strap for placing over a trolley suitcase handle. Inside, it’s fitted with a padded, full-sized insert that can be unclipped and removed for converting the Hadley Small Pro into a work bag or travel carry. There are also two removable padded vertical dividers within the insert, and two smaller dividers for stacking lenses. The insert’s top also has a padded flap for extra protection. Two expanding front pockets can hold extra accessories, while the leather front straps feature a Quick Release System for quick access to the gear housed inside.
This new option for the Hadley Small Pro has been opened for pre-orders on the Billingham website, and a limited number will be on sale at The Photography Show from Wex Photo Video on March 14-17. Authorized Billingham stockists in the UK will be carrying it starting March 27.
