The Leica M10P is for photographers who really want to stand out from the crowd (and who happen to have very deep pockets).
When it comes to classic designs that wow, and a user experience that is incredibly hard to beat, photographers lean toward Leica cameras for a few good reasons. Leica has been releasing limited and special edition cameras frequently here of late, and today we have found out that there will be a special edition of their flagship, the M10P. This brilliant white camera is a real stunner. We have all the details about it after the break.
The Leica M10P is a fantastic camera that we enjoyed using when we had the chance to review it in 2018. The original version already featured a timeless, classic design that stood out from the crowd, but the new special edition white version takes it to a whole new level.
The special edition Leica M10P features a white paint finish on its top deck and bottom plate, which is color-matched to the genuine leather white covering. You’ll find the iconic red Leica logo of the camera right above the lens alignment dot, and as you can see, it creates a striking contrast.
The silver control elements on the body of the camera are complemented with white engravings to match the packaged lens perfectly. The set is completed by a genuine white leather carrying strap, which features a Leica embossing and a white leather case for the lens.
The white Leica M10-P comes as a set with a unique silver chrome version of the Summilux-M 50 mm f1.4 ASPH lens. It features white engravings on its barrel to perfectly match the camera. It’s this attention to detail that Leica is known for. As you can imagine, the white version of the Leica M10P does not come cheap.
If you’re a photographer who demands the best, and you have deep enough pockets, you can pick one of these beauties up for $14,495. You’ll have to hurry though as only 350 of this special edition camera will have been made. They are available today from Leica Stores and Boutiques.
