WANDRD’s camera cubes provides more ways to transport and protect your gear.
WANDRD has been making waves in the camera bag sector since their first bag was funded on Kickstarter. Since then, the company has released several innovative bags that appeal to many different types of photographers. Today, WANDRD announced their next line of products; the Camera Cubes Collection. This small assembly of bags are modular by design. Not only will they fit into the WANDRD PRVKE perfectly, but they will also fit into the WANDRD HEXAD, and just about any bag out there.
WANDRD’s Camera Cubes are quite versatile. They can either be used as stand-alone bags, placed into any bag that you currently own, or fit perfectly in the WANDRD PRVKE. There are two different sets of Camera Cubes hitting the market. The first set is the Pro Cube, the Essential Cube, and the Mini Cube. The second set includes the Pro+ Cube, the Essential+ Cube, and the Mini+ Cube.
Up first from the Camera Cubes collection are the Camera Cube Mini and Mini+. The Mini Camera Cube offers protection for a single camera body and two to three lenses. The Mini has been designed to fit below the rolltop of the WANDRD PRVKE. As mentioned, though, it can also be used as a standalone bag or placed inside a bag you currently own. The exterior of the bag features a weather-resistant 420D Robic Nylon material and upgraded YKK zippers. Thick dividers that offer excellent protection can be found inside along with elastic straps with velcro that can hold your gear in place. The difference between the Mini and the Mini + is about one inch in both interior and exterior dimensions. The exterior of the Mini is 10.5″ x 5″ x 7″, and the Mini+ is 11.5″ x 5″ x 7.5″, while the interiors measure 10″ x 4.5″ x 6.5″, and 11″ x 4.5″ x 7.25″, respectively.
The next in the series of WANDRD’s Camera Cubes is The Essentials Cube. The Essentials Cube features the same weather-resistant material as the Mini, the same zippers, and the same interior padding and straps. This Cube was designed to fit in the main body of the WANDRD PRVKE or the WANDRD HEXAD. You can, of course, use this independently or in another bag of your choice. The Essential Camera Cube offers durable protection for a camera setup that consists of one body, and two to four lenses. The Essentials+ version of this bag is, again, just slightly bigger on both the inside and outside. In terms of dimensions, the exterior of the Essentials Cube measures 11″ x 4.5″ x 9.5″, and the Essentials+ dimensions are 12.5 x 5 x 11. The interior dimensions are 10.5″ x 4″ x 9″, and 12″ x 4.5″ x 10.5″, respectively.
Last but not least, in the Camera Cubes collection is the Pro Cube. According to WANDRD, the Pro Camera Cube offers durable protection for longer lenses and larger camera set-ups. You can fit up to two camera bodies, four to six lenses, and a drone in this cube. It is designed to fit the entire body of the PRVKE, but, like the others, it can be used as a standalone bag or inside any other bag of your choice. The Pro features the same build qualities as the rest of the Camera Cubes collection too. The Pro’s exterior dimensions are 16.5″ x 4.5″ x 11″, while the Pro+ comes in at 18″ x 5″ x 12.5″. The interiors measure 16″ x 4″ x 10.5″ and 18″ x 4.5″ x 12″, respectively.
All of the new WANDRD Camera Cubes will be available starting October 24th. No pricing details have emerged just yet, but for more information about these camera bags, head on over to WANDRD’s official website.
