Today, Sony unveiled its new Wireless Remote Commander (model RMT-P1BT) which is powered by Bluetooth wireless technology. Photographers and imaging enthusiasts looking into precise and reliable control for shooting landscapes, architecture, astrophotography, still motion, group portraits, and other applications should find this new accessory handy.
The new RMT-P1BT wireless remote commander uses Bluetooth connectivity, so there’s no more need for wires, cables, or receivers to connect the remote directly to the camera. The remote boasts of an extremely fast response of approximately 0.05 seconds release time-lag, which enables to shutter to be released with precise accuracy. An LED light indicates the operating status by flashing or lighting up continuously. Outdoor and landscape photographers will be delighted to know that the remote is also designed with dust and moisture resistance, as well as reliable operation in hot and cold temperatures, making it a valuable shooting companion in a wide variety of environments and weather conditions.
The new RMT-P1BT wireless remote commander also promises maximized control through focus buttons for manual control over subtle focus changes.
