The Holdfast Gear Money Maker Solo Is for You Single Camera Shooters

If you’ve loved the look of Holdfast straps in the past, but didn’t need a dual camera setup, then the new Holdfast Gear Money Maker Solo is the strap for you.

Holdfast Gear and their Money Maker line of premium leather camera straps have long been favorites of trendy wedding photographers. Their high-quality construction and premium materials look great and give photographers the ability to carry their dual camera setups in style but without compromises. The original Money Maker could be configured in a dual camera or single camera setup, but the strap was optimized for dual camera configuration. Single camera shooters who wanted a stylish yet functional strap optimized for solo camera use were out of luck, until now.

Their new strap, the Holdfast Gear Money Maker Solo takes a lot of the things photographers love about the original Money Maker straps and optimizes the design and functionality for a single camera setup. This is great news for those who maybe switch from a dual camera to single camera setup at some point during a wedding, or for those who only shoot with a single camera no matter what their situation is. Now you can do this with the style of a Holdfast strap without the added bulk of a strap designed for a dual camera setup.

Holdfast just held a pre-order sale on these newly available Money Maker Solo Straps, which ended on Thursday (though it still looks to be active, so maybe give it a try if you are interested). The new straps will be coming in a small (170cm), medium (173-188cm) and large size (191cm) with five different leather color/type options starting at $175 or $185, depending on your choice of leather. According to Hold Fast, those who get in for the preorder will have the straps begin shipping to them on or around July 26th.

If you are interested in more information or want to get a pre-order in on your own Holdfast Money Maker Solo you can do that on the Holdfast Gear website.
