It’s an illegal event with no permit
Hey folks, as many of you knew, we were a part of the great NYC film photography meetup happening this month. But due to discrepancies and differences, both the Phoblographer and Lomography are off of the event now. Apparently, the event is supposed to happen anyway but it’s not a legal event with a permit, So it’s bound to get shut down. I’m writing this post because a number of people have asked me about it and I’d love to get the details clear and in the open. We’re washing our hands clean of it.
However, we’re actively working on putting together another event, so stay tuned!
