Just imagine being able to film your buddies being total jackasses and then watching it in super slo-mo at 4K resolution! Well, the future is here at NAB 2013. According to DSLR News Shooter, you’ll be able to shoot at 1,000fps in uncompressed 4K RAW video in five second bursts. But it can also do 2,000 fps in 2K and 3,000 fps at 720p resolution. That can give you nearly three minutes of 4K video when played back at 24p. According to Engadget, they’re promising that the sensor will have around 12 stops of dynamic range, which is less than the new BlackMagic Pocket Camera (and a whole nother market). It’ll drop around October 2013; which should give you enough time to save up the $140,000 you’ll need to snag one of these bad boys.
Here’s a sample video after the jump for you.
