Adorama Flashpoint Gets Into the Speedlite Softbox Market

Adorama today is announcing a new 24″ x 24″ softbox complete with mounting brackets for speedlites. This box is much different than the Impact 24″ x 24″ softbox that we previously reviewed in that this one isn’t collapsible and requires rods. Plus it includes the speedring and an extra shoe for radio triggers like Pocket Wizard Plus III or Phottix Odins. The softbox has a silver interior, which means that you’ll get some extra punch from your speedlite after it gets diffused by the baffles. They seem to be directly aiming themselves against Lastolite.

The set retails for $44.95 and is available now for purchase.
