Editor’s Note: Our information source at Fujifilm North America stated that this notice is worldwide.
It is with great sadness that I have to report the announcement of the discontinuation of Fujifilm’s Reala C-41 color film in 120 format. The film will be officially discontinued later this month so stock up now if you’re a fan of this beautiful film like I am. We are still trying to confirm if this is a complete global discontinuation or US only. This post will be updated once we know more. As some of you know, the 35mm version was discontinued some time ago, but the 120 version has held on until now. Stock levels will potentially remain through the end of the year and into the beginning of 2013, but it is impossible to gauge that accurately. Basically, if you want to have any on hand, buy it now.
So long Reala, I’m sad to see you go.
