The winners of the Fine Art Photography Awards for 2016 were recently announced. In a collaorative effort, David Tortora and Jaime Travezan won overall Professional category with the title of Professional Fine Art Photographer of the Year 2016 and a $3000 prize. Their winning series called ‘Flora (2015)’ is a celebration of nature.
In the Amateur category, Florian Ruiz was announced as Amateur Fine Art Photographer of the Year 2016 with $2000 prize money. His winning series called ‘Mirage cities’ capture Chinese towns that are now known as “Ghost Cities”.
