“Creating Photography when practiced in terms of its inherent qualities may also reveal endless horizons of meaning.” says the great photographer Ansel Adams in a documentary that was shot about him and his creative process. The documentary covers things like his camera, lenses, filters, tripods, etc. He talks about his zone methods and the development process–which translates in some way to today’s post-production.
More than that though, the documentary also gives us a rare look at Ansel’s portraiture. The documentary is a little over 20 mins long, so be sure to watch it around lunch today.
