Phase One medium format backs have been a staple of the industry for a couple of years now and their recent partnership with Mamiya has made them even more formidable. Today, the company is announcing their new IQ2 camera backs. The current press release is in German. The new models are called the IQ280, IQ260 and IQ260 Apochromatic–the latter being an expansion of the manufacturer’s black and white sensor cameras.
Amongst the feature set is a 3.2 inch touch screen with 1.5MP of resolution and a 290PPI, 80MP captures (with the IQ280), 13 stops of dynamic range, Live View, control from your iPad or iPhone, and more.
Their specs are in a convenient chart after the jump. Plus you’ll get a sneak peak of them in action.
