Sony has created some wonderful cameras and lenses for various genres of photography. Whether one is working with events or portraits, you have plenty of options to choose from. Similarly, Sony has some wonderful devices for bird photographers, which can be of great help. If you are looking to build the perfect kit, then this option will be great.
Sony A1

What makes it great? The Sony camera has a 50MP sensor and a high-speed RAM stacked. There is a new AI for bird detection and a 9.44 million dot EVF with a refresh rate of 240fps. In addition, you get a mechanical shutter speed of 1/400th of a second and 1/200th with the electronic shutter. The top and back panels have multiple dials and buttons and the camera design is comfortable. And it also survived -4 to -6 degrees Fahrenheit with no issues.
Why is it unique? The Sony sensor read-out speed is quick and rolling shutter has also been eliminated. The camera’s autofocus is incredible, and works really well with Sony’s own lenses. As for the image quality, the details are rich, and the colors are great. The JPEG files are nice, and RAW files are even more fantastic. You also get 30fps of burst rate that makes things much better.
Images are detail-rich, and you can crop to your heart’s content and still have images filled with small details. The colors are great. You’ll see this in the JPEGs that the camera produces. RAW files are also pretty fantastic. The fact that you can rattle off 30 frames per second and get 50MP images that are as good as these are is impressive.
As I put the feed out, the birds began to fight one another. So I put the Sony a1 into AF-C and shot in continuous shooting set to both medium, high, and high +. While not every single shot was a keeper, I was able to nail around four great photos for every ten shots. The Sony a1 would track house sparrows, pigeons, and mourning doves as they fought for seed and dominance. The result is some pretty dramatic photography.

Sony 200-600mm f5.6-6.3 G OSS

What makes it great? The lens offers a 2.4m close focusing distance, 11 aperture blades, and weighs 2115g. There is an internal zoom, a bigger black zoom ring, a small focus ring, and it does not extend when shooting. Along with the tripod collar, and it has impressive weather sealing to make things better. There is also customizable focus hold buttons, an AF/MF switch, focus range limiter, and Optical SteadyShot switches.
Why is it unique? When paired with the right camera, the 200-600mm is the best for bird photography. Similarly, the lens produces stellar images, “buttery smooth bokeh,” and rich colors. The images are really sharp, which makes things better. It is relatively lightweight, making it perfect for long treks and long hours of shooting.
We were able to lock onto and track fast-moving subjects like birds in flight and airplanes without any issues. The Sony 200-600mm f5.6-6.3 G OSS is an ideal companion for sports and wildlife photographers shooting with the latest generation of Sony mirrorless cameras.
