A current Kickstarter campaign called “UnPresidented” hopes to capture the drama and hope as the country converges on the nation’s capital city to at once celebrate and come to terms with what many see as an uncertain future. “UnPresidented” will feature the work of 20 street photographers working in the D.C. area, including Albert Ting, Chris Suspect, Victoria Pickering, and Bridget Murray Law – all bringing their own style and perspective to the project.
“UnPresidented” is a bold undertaking that attempts to cover an historic event: the ascension of one of the United States’ most polarizing elected officials, and thebcolliding of two very vocal, very opposing sides over a three day span on the streets of Washington D.C. The book itself is billed to be hardcover, featuring 100-130 horizontally oriented and printed images on high quality, premium glossy paper. Cosmic Smudge Media expects to start shipping the first print of the book by early 2nd Quarter 2017.
As noted on their Kickstarter page, “UnPresidented” hopes to capture the raw emotion that is expected to fill Washington D.C, from the thousands of well-wishers expected to say goodbye to the outgoing Obama Administration, to the thousands of revelers and protestors looking to welcome the new Trump Administration, there’s never been a more electric time in the Nation’s Capital.

No matter how it plays out, our mission is to document history in the making. – “UnPresidented: The Inauguration of Donald J. Trump”
