This Video Shows Why GoPros and Pogo Sticks are the Best Combination Ever

GoPro cameras are tremendous fun. And so are pogo sticks. While you may not necessarily associate these two with each other, they do make a lot of sense in combination. Because when you mount a GoPro camera to a pogo stick … you get the idea. And that’s exactly what this group of professional pogo stick jumpers (is there a specific term for a person using a pogo stick?) did–they grabbed a couple of GoPros, attached them to their jumpy thingies, and set off to do some stunts. And the results are spectacular.

We could try and waste a couple more words to describe this video, but it wouldn’t really make any sense at all. Just take a look yourself, and you’ll understand. Head past the break for the video.

I’ve never found it reasonable to constantly upgrade to the next generation of cameras that come out, and that’s why I’ve been holding out for the Fujifilm X Pro 3. I still own the Fujifilm X Pro 1, and to this day it is in my eyes one of the best cameras ever made in the past 10 years. The image quality still holds up as you can easily make the raw files look like film or have them be really high end. While Sony cameras are what I’d use for most of my work, Fujifilm is what I use for studio projects and for my hobby photography. I’ve always preferred the rangefinder style of cameras as they simply just conform better to my hands.

Just a few short years ago it was pretty easy to say that APS-C and Micro Four Thirds cameras could never be used by professional photographers.
