Sony might have a huge announcement for the London Gala at the World Photo event on May 1st (or April 30th here in the states) introducing up to five new products. Mirrorless Rumors claims trusted Sony sources say the company will unveil the Sony A7s’ final pricing with two new FE mount lenses for Sony’s full frame line, and a new RX100 M3 compact camera.
Earlier this month, the Sony A7s was speculated to have a hefty $4,189 price tag compared to the $1,698 Sony A7. Come Wednesday we could finally get an official word on how much this low-light tuned camera will cost. Along with introducing the camera’s price, Sony may expand its line of full-frame lenses with two new additions.
Sony Rumors also claims a new Sony RX100 M3 is on its way after it got ahold of a manual for the new camera. The super-zoom lens could feature an exciting, new 28-100mm f/1.8-2.8 lens with a pop-up viewfinder.
In even more exciting news Sony Rumors claims the Japanese electronics firm will unveil the Sony A77II, a follow up to the company’s DSLR line. Supposedly the camera will be upgraded version of the current A-mount Sony A77 with a higher resolution 24MP sensor, faster autofocus and EVF, and Wi-Fi built-in.
