It’s been a very long time since we’ve heard about Casio making cameras; but with their new Exilim EX-10 being announced in recently, they’re surely still trying to hold onto the market. However, this camera is a Japan only gadget and it sports s 12MP 1/1.7 inch CMOS sensor, f1.8-2.5 4x optical zoom lens, 5 axis stabilization, 3.5 inch touch screen, full manual control, wifi, and 6fps burst shooting on top of Adobe DNG RAW mode. As was always known with Casio’s cameras, it can also shoot at 1,000fps for slow-mo video mode.
No word yet on price or if it’s going to hit the states. However, it’s quite interesting as only a couple of years ago Casio used to have a huge booth at Photo Plus. Now, they barely are even mentioned.
