For the strobist in all of you, get ready to have even more fun with your lights. Today DIYPhotography is announcing their brand new Light Blaster. What is this thinger of madness you ask? Well, it takes the existing light from your flash and lets you project an image onto them. It takes your flash, the body unit itself and a camera lens for focusing the projected image. Think of it almost like a fresnel, but not really. Think about it: you can mimic the look of window lighting with the appropriate panes without an actual window.
Ben Von Wong has already been using it, and you can see just how he used it creatively after the jump. Plus a couple of sample images too!
