At NAB, this year Manfrotto distribution is showcasing some new Kata gear targeted at the professional videographer. All these items are part of the Pro light line. These are slimmed down Kata rollers, shoulder bags, back packs and rain covers.
And don’t worry, they’re travel-ready.
Pro-Light Photo Rollers (with attached wheels)
The Pro-Light FlyBy is a, low-profile, on-board camera organizer. It has integrated wheels and provides hard-case protection with the advantages of a soft case. It is light, modular, with a lot of storage options. The FlyBy looks like any onboard luggage so you are not targeted as a shooter with “overweight” gear.
There are two sizes in the Pro-Light Flyby Series
- Pro-Light Flyby 75 Rolling Case (Model # KT PL-FB-75) FlyBy-75 PL Photo Roller for and interchangeable lens video camera and accessories or 1-2 Pro DSLR Bodies + 6-8 Lenses (up to 400 mm) and 15’4 or smaller laptop. Street price $249.99.

*The dimensions of the FlyBy are within the strict international and domestic flight regulation, however due to constantly changing airline regulations we do recommend checking with your carrier prior to departure.
