Robert contacted us and let us know about his new project on Kickstarter that I would like to share with you. The goal is to fund his new video stabilizer called the SteadyWheel. The wheel weighs in at 1.6 pounds and is made out of ABS plastics and stainless steel along with a low center of gravity help keep vibrations minimal. The idea has been around that if you add weight to a light camera it becomes easier to handle, this along with the familiar grips will surely be easy to use by anyone.
The SteadyWheel is still available as an “Early Bird Special” where $50 will score you a standard 1/4″ model for any camera, $60 for a model with a GoPro mount and $65 with a special iPhone case.
