One of the problems with iOS and the Camera Roll is that the organization really sucks. If I’m looking for a photo that I’ve shot and edited in black and white from all the way back in December, it’s tough for me to go through and get to it. Or, at least it’s time consuming. And that’s where EyeEm’s new app “The Roll” is looking to change things.
According to EyeEm Cofounder and Product Lead Lorenz Aschoff. “It’s as easy as one tap to quickly organize thousands of your images and find your best ones.”
The Roll works by syncing your photos and using EyeEm’s organization algorithms. It syncs, tags, groups by topics, locations, events, and highlights the best photos using their EyeEm Vision algorithm. Plus you’ll see EXIF data.
Basically, it means you can be as lazy as you want.
The Roll is a free app available on iOS today. Go snag it.
