Gura Gear seems to have taken inspiration from the military with their brand new Sabi Sack. It’s literally a sack that is designed to help photographers that are prone (such as sporta and wildlife folk) get more stable shots without the need of a tripod. And instead of sand, there are apparently beans in there. Soldier have used a similar technique for years–but with sandbags.
The Sabi is made from PU-coated Cordura fabrics and reinforced with double stitching. Plus there is a zipper to keep the contents in the bag and modifiable. The Sabi Sack comes in two sizes and retails for $39.95 or $59.95 accordingly–but can also come as a bundle for $79.95. They’re available for purchase now at Amazon.
