Who said that no one would use radio triggers with the NEX cameras? Well, Fotodiox believes there is a market for it, and today they’ve announced their new WonderBurst NEX Radio Flash Trigger and WonderBurst HSS8000 4-in-1 Radio Slave Trigger. You’ll be able to sync the WonderBurst NEX up to 1/160 seconds. Amazingly, the triggers have 16 selectable channels and a 300ft range. The WonderBurst NEX kit includes 1x Transmitter (TX-CA), 1x Receiver (RX-CK), 1x Studio Flash Sync Adapter (1/4″ Plug), 1x PC Sync Cord, 2x AAA batteries and instructions and is priced at $39.95.
But if that hasn’t shocked you, just wait for this. The WonderBurst HSS8000 4-in-1 Radio Slave Trigger can sync to 1/8000; and the company claims that it will work with any flash or strobe according to their press release. Plus whenever you want, it can also work as a camera remote for AF remote triggering, continuous shooting and bulb mode. The Wonderburst HSS8000 kit includes: 1x Transmitter (TX-CA), 1x Receiver (RX-CK), 1x Trigger Cable for the Camera, 1x Studio Flash Sync Adapter (1/4″ Plug), 1x PC Sync Cord, 4x AAA batteries and instructions and is priced at $69.95.
