For 2012 LensPen decided that the wanted to take the existing products that they have had unchanged for 20 years and give them a redesign. Parkside Optical has taken all 5 of their products and gave them a more organic barrel design including Lenspen, DigiKlear, FilterKlear, MiniPro and MicroProT. The new products now feature a wider barrel but all of the same features as the original.
The LensPen is good for all lens, filter and screen surfaces. The cleaning tip will last up to 500 uses which is more than I can say for any cloth and knowing me I’ll be happy not to lose it before than. LensPen and its siblings can be purchased from the companies website here.
