Fujifilm has launched some truly excellent products in the past 10 years. Seeing the company’s trajectory, you noticed how there were a few misses, but largely, they managed to find their footing along the way. As Fujifilm began to build its brand, each camera offered something distinct, from higher megapixels to better ergonomics. Today, we look at a few cameras that have left a mark since their launch over the past 10 years. Perhaps this list will help you get an old Fujifilm for yourself! Here are the Best Fujifilm Cameras from the past decade.
Fujifilm X-T10: An Affordable, Ergonomic Joy

Launched in 2015, the Fujifilm X-T10 features a 16.3MP X-Trans CMOS II sensor and EXR processor II. An APS-C camera, some of its striking features include intelligent hybrid autofocus with 77 areas, 8fps shooting mode, film simulation, an electronic shutter, 1080p video, an OLED viewfinder, and a 3-inch tilting LCD screen. It offers excellent image quality for an APS-C camera, great highlight detail recovery, one of the best battery life on a Fujifilm camera, and better shadow detail recovery. In fact, it also won our Editor’s Choice Award!
Fujifilm GFX 50S: The Original

A few years later, Fujifilm announced its medium format series, the GFX. While there are 100MP sensor variants, they also launched a 50MP version for photographers who have used a Canon 1Dx Mk II or Nikon D5 camera. The GFX50s offers a 51.4MP sensor, which is great for anyone who wants plenty of details in their images. There is also 14bit RAW, 3fps continuous shooting, 3.69 million dots viewfinder, 3.2 inch LCD tilting touchscreen LCD, and 1080p video recording. The results were truly stunning, with great image quality, lightweight body, weather sealing, and fast autofocus.
Fujifilm X-T3: One of the Best Fujifilm Cameras for Durability

Launched in 2018, a year after this GFX50s, the X-T3 is a workhorse that works for both photographers and those into videos. It features a 26.1MP X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor with a primary color filter, X-Processor 4 image processor, can record 4K/60P, has a continuous shooting speed of 30fps, and also offers 16 film simulations. The camera also features great weather sealing and comes with a robust magnesium alloy body. It also offers better autofocus and low-light performance, as well as in-body RAW processing with film simulations and excellent image quality.
Something else to note: This was the last one of the XT series cameras that we felt really had solid durability. After this, they started to use so much more plastic. No wonder it’s one of the Best Fujifilm Cameras.

Fujifilm X Pro 3: One of the Absolute Best Fujifilm Cameras

No Fujifilm list can ever be complete without the X Pro 3. The camera is one of the best Fujifilm offerings ever. It boasts a 26.1MP APS-C X Trans sensor, Classic Negative Film simulation mode, a hidden tilting LCD, a reverse Galilean viewfinder, an e-ink display, weather sealing, and 4K video. As we said in our review: “Event and portrait photographers will appreciate the looks they can get in addition to the gorgeous image quality overall. Couple this with the quiet mechanical shutter or the silent electronic shutter, and you’ve got a great camera.” Overall, it is a camera that meets every photographer’s demand.
Until a few years ago, this camera was Editor in Chief Chris Gampat’s main camera.

It comes with a 1.62m-dot rear touchscreen LCD and 5.76m-dot OLED electronic viewfinder and offers one CFexpress Type B slot and one UHS-II compatible SD card slot. It offers lovely colors, great image quality, animal eye AF, and excellent low-light autofocus capabilities. Furthermore, the build quality is robust and comfortable for long hours of shooting.
Some might say that this entry is a bit odd because we’re a photography website. But this is a hybrid camera more than anything else.
