Tokina is showing off prototypes for soon to be announced lenses at CP+ right now.
The first lens is a 12-28mm f/4 lens for crop body cameras and offers just a bit more range than the previous 12-24mm wide angle lens. First up is their Tokina AT-X 70-200mm f/4 PRO FX VCM-S: which is a full frame lens that features Image stabilization, 19 optical elements in 14 groups, can stop down to f/22n has a minimum focusing distance of 1.0m and will weight 1,020 g.
Their second lens is Tokina AT-X 12-28 f/4 PRO DX. This is their wide angle that has 14 optical elements in 12 groups, stops down to f/22, has a minimum focusing distance of 25cm, and weighs 600 g. The lens is only for cropped sensor cameras.
