100 Year Old Photos Discovered in Verascope Camera


The Richard Verascope camera was developed in the late 1800s as one of the first stereoscopic cameras in a reasonably compact form-factor. As a French-made camera it’s no surprise then that it was used during World War I to document the battlefields. One such example seems to have survived relatively unscathed and was recently purchased at an estate sale by Chris Hughes (of anerdsworld.com).
