Yesterday, we reported about international photographers’ organizations rallying against Instagram’s Terms of Use. But apparently, that does not keep Instagram from pushing onward. According to a report from TechCrunch (via engadget), Instagram has acquired the video service Luma Camera. With its iOS app, Luma provides a service for video recording, editing and sharing, which, among other things, allows users to add filters to their video. Since Instagram is all about filters, it only makes sense that they would want to add this to their video function as well. While the original Luma Camera service will be shut down on December 31st, 2013, Instagram users will soon be able to add filters to their cat videos.
