When I first read the Pentax Ricoh Imaging was changing its name, my first thought was, “No more Pentax!?!?!”
When I had a cup of coffee and woke up, I realized the company itself was just having a name change. Pentax Ricoh Imaging has announced they are re-branding to Ricoh Imaging Company, Ltd. on August 1 2013. It will keep the respective brands “Pentax” and “Ricoh” for its products.
