Lens filters are some of the most important elements that can make or break a photograph. It certainly makes a huge difference for landscape photographers and, in some cases, even portrait photographers. If you are new to this, then you must have a look at our lens filter guide, which will help you narrow down exactly what you need. But we are not here today to discuss why one needs a filter; we want to discuss new lens filters launched by K&F Concept.
The company has been known to create photographic equipment such as tripods, bags, and filters. Just last month, they announced a tripod that’s under $40. Now, they are releasing a new lineup of filters that is not only for professionals but also caters to the needs of beginners. Here’s a look at the lineup:
Nano-Klear or Nano-K for Beginners

According to the Chinese company, the Klear series is designed for those who are just beginning their journey, such as students or enthusiasts. The filter promises to improve the quality of their photographs, as well as achieve this at an affordable price. With the Klear lens filter, users can enhance the color of the image and reduce glare when shooting outdoors. According to K&F Concept’s website, the filter is designed with AGC Glass and CNC-Non-Slip design for ease of use and has a double-side multi-layer coating for reflection and scratches.
Nano-Dazzle or Nano-D for Intermediate

This one is for those who want to improve their craft. It offers better control over light and color and enhances the mood of the landscape or portrait. It features 24 multi-layer nanometer coatings, more than the 18 layers in Nano-Klear. Thus, the lens filter is waterproof and oil-proof, protecting the lens against dust and scratches.
Nano-Xcel or Nano-X for Professionals

The company has two different variants in this lens filter category. One is Nano-Xcel with a 28 multi-layer coating, while the other has an Ultra-Low Reflectivity MCUV 28 multi-layer coating. The latter controls reflectivity at 0.1%, which reduces both lens reflection and vignetting. Both are premium filters created to offer sharpness, clarity, and detail. However, it seems one is nicer and even more niche than the other.
Nano-Xcel Pro or Nano-X Pro For Performance

The last one is for professionals who do not want to compromise their image quality in any way. The filter takes inspiration from global brands and has been created to offer durability. It has a brass frame, both glass of the nanometer 36 layers of coatings, and a 0.01mm precision machining, ultra-slim frame. This has been created for commercial projects, portraits, and even nature.
The company also states that the number of coatings will affect the optical quality, including image quality and the protection level. Some lens filters also have UV coatings, and some reduce haze when shooting indoors.
The price for each lens filter will be different, but that’s because of the materials used. However, the company has not disclosed the prizes on its website, so we can’t comment on whether what it is selling is expensive or not. However, since the company always sells things at cost-effective prices, we believe these filters will be under $100. The Klear filter will be the most affordable, as it is for students, while the Xcel Pro is for photographers who want precise images and will have to pay slightly more.
