It’s contest time again! This time, we want to see that creamy bokeh goodness in your photos! To enter, you can submit as many photos as you want showing off that bokeh to The Phoblographer’s Flickr Group with the tag, “The-Phoblographer-DIY-Photography-Bokeh-Contest” without the quotation marks (and you can click on that to see how to do it correctly). All submissions must be made to The Phoblographer’s Flickr Group. While we’re on the subject, we’d also recommend that you become fans of The Phoblographer and DIYPhotography on Facebook.

The prize? The top three winning entrants will receive a free Bokeh Master’s Kit. If you don’t remember, we reviewed the kit a while back. The contest runs from April 23rd to 12AM Eastern (NYC) April 30th. The winners will be announced shortly thereafter.

Online Wedding Photography Hub, SnapKnot, is giving a way a free registration to WPPI’s Las Vegas trade show. The show, on February 21-23, 2011, is a chance to explore the latest wedding and portrait photography products and techniques. The random drawing doesn’t include travel or accommodations, but will include a year’s membership to WPPI for those who don’t have one.

The trade show exhibitor list includes camera companies Nikon and Canon, a number of print, proof, and binding companies, marketing solutions like The Knot, and equipment vendors like B&H. Also on the list are a number of lighting, medium format, and digital processing companies.

To enter, photographers must register with SnapKnot and leave a witty posting on the contest page. Good luck!

- Become our friend on Facebook and submit your best photo(s) on our wall.

- Join our Flickr group and submit your photo(s) with the tag “The Phoblographer”

- You may enter as many submissions as you want.
