Ha! Gary Fong must be $hitting himself–not! Hmmm. Some PVC pipe, IKEA translucent shelf liner, some velcro…Think I made something like this a couple of years back from a plan on a DIY site. $20 max including a can of beer.

  Yeah, my first thought with any type of accessory like this is “Hey I wonder if I have time to go to home hardware this afternoon”.
  
  The results are impressive though. I’d love to see a review of the winglight to see what it’s really like.
