DXO Rates the Canon 6D’s Sensor as Better Than the 5D Mk III’s and 5D Mk II’s

Read the results and weep. The Canon 6D is now rated as better than the 5D Mk III and 5D Mk II‘s sensors; though really not by much. We can’t wait to get our hands on the 6D. However, we did compare the 5D MK II and 5D Mk III high ISO results; and we also compared them at lower ISOs too.

Which camera are you springing for and why? I’m still sticking with my Mk II.

    Same here my friend, my mark ii’s are perfect just the way they are. I would get 1D4 if I ever got the chance though haha.

    I recently sold my D300 and still have yet to replace it. The D600 looked good on paper, but in reality feels like a bit of a disappointment. The 6D looks interesting (aside from only 1 cross type focus point), though the Fuji XE-1 is dead sexy.
