    I found out recently that statement is completely true.  I had a specific question about a piece of used gear available at a local shop.  Sent email to three of the staff here and within a short time had three informative, personal replies.  Not a line of boilerplate in there. 

    I wish I could get support like this from companies I’ve paid cash to.
